It all started in Mum's kitchen 10 years ago, using her cake mixer from the 80s. 

What started off as a hobby and a coping mechanism for my first year of teaching, soon became a passion for surprising and delighting loved ones, friends and those recommended by them. 

Now, I pride myself on creating delicious sweet treats to complete every occasion, with that added touch of sparkle. 

The satisfaction I get from baking to the most complex of briefs is utterly indescribable! From a 3D Chanel bouquet of roses, to vegan recipes, to gothic themes, to 4-tier wedding cakes. 

What's always guaranteed is fun in the kitchen, that heartwarming feeling when I present my bakes, and the delight on my customers' faces. Seriously, it NEVER gets old!
